Over the last two years I’ve made a lot of changes, but a few weeks ago someone challenged me to do something a little different this time around and set intentions. What’s the difference? Setting intentions for me is about having a theme for the year, rather than a resolution that is meant to completely shape up your life (and never lasts for me). Instead of this big goal that can seem daunting, I've been setting goals after considering what it is I want for the next year of my life. Although it may be tricky, it takes 66 days for a new habit to become part of your everyday routine, so sticking to your intentions is essential if you really want to make a change!
