You may also be less likely to enhance your best attributes because of thoughts like “it won’t help anyway.” So, just by thinking that you don’t look beautiful, you might find yourself doing things that make you feel less "attractive" (self-fulfilling prophecy!) What you need to know is that you are already beautiful, without qualifiers and without exception. Practice your Mirror Work – look at yourself whilst selftalking. It’s supposed to counteract your inner critic while forming a compassionate relationship. Talk to yourself in a comfy environment.
