• 140g grilled Wild Salmon,

seasoned with pepper to taste.

• 150g Green Salad made with

Romaine Lettuce or other dark

leafy greens such as Spinach.

• Steamed Vegetables such

as Broccoli and Asparagus.

No root vegetables!

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil and

Lemon to taste.

M E T H O D

1. Grill the salmon for 20 minutes

until it has turned opaque.

2. Steam the vegetables for

approximately 7 minutes.

3. Toss the salad leaves, olive oil

and lemon together.

4. Serve and enjoy!
