Mike’s life has changed dramatically since losing weight. Before

Q: What motivated you to make a change?
A: I wanted to be healthier and feel better
about myself.

A: Really well, I have a busy manual job,
cleaning for 6-8 hours a day.
Q: What kept you motivated?
A: Not only has my body changed but
before my skin was poor and spotty, now
it’s cleared up and glowing!
