INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Warm a pan over a medium heat with 1 tsp coconut oil.

Add chicken and sauté until almost cooked through.

Add any veggies you’d like. We love to add onion, peppers,

celery and courgette.

When the chicken and vegetables are almost done cooking,

top with honey and season to taste.
