METHOD:
•
Melt peanut butter until softened.
•
Stir peanut butter, Ideal Lean, maple extract and vanilla extract
and sweetener, if desired.
•
Stir in water ½ tbsp until you’ve reached batter consistency.
Freeze for 2 hours.
•
Thaw for 20 minutes before eating.
METHOD:
•
Mix all ingredients in large bowl then pour into a small greased
bowl or tin and freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm
•
Either eat immediately or take out of the bowl and wrap in
cling film for later.
•
Keep in the freezer and thaw slightly before eating.
